Dr Ali is no replacement for Dr Deberry. I'm on a work assignment in florida and since I can not just come in for an appointment he decided not to refill my prescription. He never called or sent an email with his decision. I had to call the office to find out what was going on. You would think that in a military town they would realize that people get assigned to work out of state for some period of time. I'm not going back to them even when I do come back!!

I would drive many miles for Dr. DeBerry to be my doctor, however, I am lucky that her office is within a mile. She is not only knowledgeable, but calm, methodical, patient, professional, and explains thinks so that I can understand. She is great, I trust her, and she has proven to me several times that she knows her stuff.
This is a terrible office. Staff is totally incompetent from the phones being down for days to screwing up prescription orders over & over. I have tried to speak to Dr DeBerry on the phone about these concerns & they won't even let me talk to her on the phone! Total run around.
I had my first visit to Dr. DeBerry's office last week. I couldn't get over how much time not just her nurse but Dr. DeBerry herself spent with me going over every detail of my medical history and asking pertinent question. Dr. DeBerry answered every question I had in detail. I left her office feeling like I was treated as a person and not a symptom. It's nice to know I have a physician I can trust.
