I have spent my entire adult life studying, training and striving to master the art of medicine. It is my privilege to practice medicine and to work with a staff that is equally committed to patient care. My practice is subspecialized to address complex female urologic issues, urologic issues related to neurologic disorders, male incontinence and retention. These issues can dramatically affect a person's quality of life. I have dedicated myself todo everything in my ability to improve my patient's lives.

I saw Dr. Fischer in March of 2022. I had a wonderful experience with her pre-surgery, surgery and post-surgery. I highly recommend her.
My visit with Dr. Fischer was pleasant, nothing like some of the reviews that I have read. I know people generally leave reviews when they are upset about something, so I wanted to take the time to leave a positive review.
I would like to give Dr. Fisher more than five stars. She is thorough, tops in her field and kind. She is focused on me, giving me the option to choose which treatment is right for me. A great physician!!
I was admitted to the hospital with kidney stones and was visited by dr.fischer. I had no previous experiences with her so I decided to ask her a few questions regarding my diagnosis and the procedure they wanted to perform. She never entered the room and during the 2 minute conversation she suddenly turned around and left without answering my questions. The medical procedure was done the next day by another Doctor who had no problem entering my room to stand by my bedside and answer ALL my questions.
I was referred for a condition. She said she had never heard of any such thing. A med student had to look it up online. Upon follow up in a couple of months, she still hadn’t updated her knowledge. Other problems: rude, dismissive, does not answer questions or counsel. Please read discharge notes as it lists visit details never delivered.
I would recommend Dr Fischer to my family and friends. She’s performed two surgeries on me and explained everything to me beforehand.
Do not see her. I had 2 surgeries. My first one was a mesh sling and it eroded through my vaginal wall before my 1 year. She said she had to remove it and put in another. I was always in pain and she just said everything is fine even though I told her about my burning and each year she said I was fine. I thought I better get another. What a heartless doctor. My aged mother went under her care as she was suffering UTIs and was in her late 70s. My mom had been prescribed a daily antibiotic for UTIs by someone in her past. When the pharmacy told us it was dangerous, we consulted with Fischer and she said "I didn't prescribe it!". But it was listed under my mom's prescriptions and Fischer's office knew about it!
