Sad place unprofessional and oblivious to anything like an emergency! You'd be better off calling a retirement home and admitting yourself
Completely unresponsive to patient's desires and needs. Atencio was the most offensive health care person I have ever met.
From out of town and drove 40 minutes from Estes Park to make a last minute 1pm appointment. Road closures on 34 delayed us 20 mins and they turned us around saying they were fully booked while they had an empty lobby. The front desk was not helpful and not friendly.
Took 5 months to get the right glasses in the right frames, I had to call them to find out my glasses were in. When I did call in the elderly lady that fits your glasses totally lied as said she called me early in the week, when I explained to her the only number I have is to a cell phone and it has caller id she got defensive. So after darn near a half a year they gave me my glasses and still charged me the remaining $48 for something.
