While the previous doctors were medically qualified, none have provided the deepest level of genuine concern for my well-being, both physically and mentally, as Melinda Ruff. She listens intently, never rushes, makes excellent eye contact, answers all of my questions and probes deeper to understand any issues I might have. She genuinely cares for me as a complete person. I hold her in the highest regard!
