My experience with Dr Ruff it was more than excellent for the last 7 years the problem I Just found out she will be leaving Premier soon. This is the second primary care physician I am losing in a seven-year period. I really wish Premier would do a better job of retaining their physician workforce.
Did not feel rushed
I got an appointment the day I needed it. Used online scheduling which was great. Everyone at the office was professional and helpful. Dr. Ruff was thorough and explained everything well. She is excellent !
