I met Dr. Morales after my (then) 2 year old had her first rectal prolapse. I went to Jordan Valley and told them I don't care how long I waited, our provider never took my concerns over our daughter's health seriously! After our 4 hour wait, Dr. Morales was the provider who saw us, and we got a referral to the Mercy Pediatric GI Specialist. Somewhat decent doctors when u can see them. The appointments are all 1 month and longer appointment times. And even if your kid comes home sick from school don't bet that they will get you in anytime soon what is the purpose of a pediatrician if you can't ever get an appointment
