Dr. Gonzales is a very good doctor and his staff is nice. Specially Lynn. Not trill about his answering service person.

When I first started seeing Dr. Gonzales, I had nothing to say but great things. He is courteous and explains issues. In the last few years, there have been a lot of changes to his office. I have had appointments made months in advance canceled. They no longer call to remind you of appts. made a year earlier. They don't notify you of test results UNLESS something is wrong. He is a great doctor. His staff needs improvement.
This is the most unprofessional office I've ever been to. Last year, (after scheduling my appointment months in advance) I went to my appointment and the office was closed. (It would've been nice if they could have called me to let me know they wouldn't be there at the appointment). This year, (again after having had an appointment scheduled months in advance) they called me the week of the appointment to tell me they need to reschedule from March 7 to April 26 because the doctor wasn't there!
Dr. Gonzalez saved my life after a major heart attack. He is very proficient and kind. He always makes time to answer all your questions and treats you as if you are the only patient he has. Gives clear and concise answers to your questions. He also has a very good and caring staff.
Dr. Melchor Gonzalez is excellent doctor, very patient, listening, very prepared, was very impressed with him. He was very careful in their diagnosis. I'm happy after having visited it, because I feel better. He is a doctor who apart from listen, diagnose you have a human warmth, and you feel like you know him before. I hardly recommend !
I only seen Dr. Gonzalez 3 times but I trust him. He conducts business in a straight forward manner but does not rush. He takes time to listen to what I have to say. The doctor's staff gives me a feeling that if a problem comes up, they will resolve it. Thank you doctor and staff.
