My husband had an appointment this morning. He is 10 days out of bypass surgery. When we walked into a small, crowded waiting room with the TV blaring on C Span I knew we made a mistake. The receptionist was unfriendly and curt. I told her our situation and told her he could not wait due to his condition. She handed me a ridiculous amount of paperwork to fill out. We left after 40 min when I went to see how much longer it would be. I was told the dr wasn't even in. This office is sad.

Very rushed appointment. Dr Melanie Rosenblatt took a phone call during appointment and never came back. Nurse apologized said she is in a meeting. Had a few questions about medication and procedures. Also staff misinformed about doing epidural under anistesia. They don't do that. Nurses were very nice. Dr is rude. Bad manners. Shame on her.

This office is dirty from the waiting room to the consultation rooms. The exam table was disgusting. My last visit, even Dr. Rosenblatt did not look professional. She is rude & has walked out of the exam room, on more than one occasion, while we were asking questions, without even so much as a nod to recognize that someone was talking to her, she walked out. On my last visit, I went to the desk to sign a release for my medical records, there were 2 people in front of me doing the same thing

The office is dirty and always crowded. No where to sit in the waiting room. The nurse had me do a urinalysis by trying to use a cylinder the size of a dime. Needless to say that was a horrible experience only to find out she used the wrong cup. During my epidural there was a pillow with dried blood on it clearly visible to all patients. The epidural was not a success and I decided I would not be going back. The doctor seems pretty knowledgeable and caring, it's the atmosphere that needs help

Have told my primary doctor, never to refer anyone to this office period. Most unprofessional, disorganized, discrace of a medical office I have ever been to. They extremely overbook patients and dont care about appointment times, they never keep them. They never can find the faxed referells from your doctor, and if by chance they do it means they lied to you, they were there to make you wait longer. Dont ever make an appointment with this office unless you like being lied to and disrespect!!!

Dr. Melanie Rosenblatt set up a New plan for me for my MS cervical Herniations & nerve pain. I am stable on the 5mg. Of methadone That I have taken after all other Drugs ( too much OxyContin And oxycodone) made me go thru A hard self detox) I'm a little apprehensive about changing drugs then I'm stable on finally. So I called my New York pain dr. ( she thought it would be a fine Change ) but when I told her I was going on a new M.S drug Plegridrity ) one new drug at a time .

Very professional and reserved doctor did an epidural there Friday one of the best epidurals I've ever had procedure went so smooth didn't hardly feel it her and her assistant made me feel very comfortable Plus the office staff did a great job getting my referrals and appointment Plus her and Shelly are both easy on the eyes too Lol thanks Doc
