Mei-Ling's office is always ready to help in an optometry crisis. She has a great team in her office and we are so happy that we switched from the other office we were at!. Our previous optician cared less about our eyes and only about how much money they could ream out of us. Mei-Ling on the other hand actually cares about the health of our eyes, which we love!
Dr. Mei-Ling Chan is a wonderful, caring, experienced Doctor. She's a pleasure to be with and you can feel she truly cares about her patients.. also wonderful friendly staff . I would recommend this place 100% *****
Dr. Chan is an excellent optometrist. She is very thorough, caring and proactive doctor who explains everything in terms that can be easily understood. Dr. Chan truly cares about the health of her patients. She is very professional and approachable. Our family is lucky to have her as our optometrist. Her team is welcoming, friendly and helpful as well. We highly recommend Dr. Chan!
I visited Dr. Mei-Ling Chan Optometry on September 15/2025 and had a wonderful experience. Dr. Chan was very friendly, professional, and—most importantly—patient. She performed several tests and carefully examined my eyes, taking her time and never rushing as she worked to get to the bottom of my vision concerns. The clinic and staff were welcoming, professional, and reassuring, which made the whole experience excellent.
