It was my first time calling them to confirm if the office is my Primary Dr still in the system ( never been there ) . Receptionists or the Second Lady who responded told me she won’t tell me on the phone I need to go there and ask the question in person after wait in the line . When I asked for the second time she just hanged up on me with a throwing noice ( phone I assume ) Not professional attitude nor logical . And extremely rude staff . Absolutely a terrible doctor not caring doesn’t know what he’s doing whatsoever
Dr. Pakdaman is an incredibly professional, wonderful, and caring doctor who takes great care of his patients. I am truly grateful to him and his amazing front desk team, especially Venus, who has always been so patient, helpful, and attentive with every call and every visit. Highly recommended!
I had a terrible experience at this clinic. The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional, and sadly, so was Dr. Pakdaman himself. I waited over three hours, even though patients who arrived much later than me were taken in first. It was clear the staff gave priority to people they were more familiar with, which is completely unacceptable. Dr. Pakdaman is one of the most knowledgeable doctors I've visited. He takes the time to understand you and your lifestyle. Every time I've gone in, he greets me so warmly. The office is a walk-in which is great because you can get a same day visit instead of waiting weeks to be scheduled. His staff is very helpful and welcoming!
