There are not enough good things to say about this office! Doctor Pakdaman is patient, thorough, and very knowledgeable in medicine. He takes the time to understand what his patients need and is amazing at diagnosing and treating them. What makes the experience even better is the staff there. All of the staff at the office are extraordinary and so caring for all the patients. I didn’t even make it to my appointment because the receptionist was unbelievably rude. Her attitude was so unprofessional that I chose to leave before ever seeing the doctor. After checking other reviews, I realized I’m not the only one. many people have had the exact same issue with the front desk. And honestly, if the doctor had ever bothered to sit down with her and look at these reviews, he would have addressed this long ago. I'm giving them 1 star, not because of the doctor, he’s a nice man , 1 star goes to his selfish, rude, emotionless secretary "Venus " for ignoring my father siting in that office for over 2 and half hours telling her, he's not feeling well and needs to see the doctor. And at the end she tells him leave if you are not happy , we don’t need a patient like you . My dad ended up fainting there and was rushed to the hospital. As a Periodontist who has been a patient of Dr. Pakdaman for many years, I must say Dr. Pakdaman is certainly gifted with what matters the most in a physician: “The Art of Correct Diagnosis.” He is a true professional, up-to date, caring, & calls the right shot. I highly recommend him without any reservations of any kind.
It was my first time calling them to confirm if the office is my Primary Dr still in the system ( never been there ) . Receptionists or the Second Lady who responded told me she won’t tell me on the phone I need to go there and ask the question in person after wait in the line . When I asked for the second time she just hanged up on me with a throwing noice ( phone I assume ) Not professional attitude nor logical . And extremely rude staff .
