If the doctor wants to continue his practice he has to fire his rude and unprofessional receptionist that doesn’t say her name, hangs up on the patient and doesn’t want to make an appointment. Nightmare

I like Dr. Forghani i had a good relationship with him he always gave me a warm, comforting, positive vibe at all my check ups. His clinic in Santa Ana was always a long wait but the one in Anaheim is always fast sometimes when i got there early i was seen before my appointment time, and when my due date came I was in the hospital my delivery got complicated but when he got there I was so relieved! This "Doctor" deserves NEGATIVE stars. I could have lost my life due to his lack of "care" and education. I have never been treated so poorly by a "doctor" This office and dr need to ve investigated and shut down. do not trust this man. do your research.

I have not gotten to meet the doctor so my review is based only on the experience I had with the front desk. I made an appointment approximately 4 weeks in advance. I carefully discussed all the details with the receptionist on the phone. When I called to confirm my appointment I was told that my appointment is for a different day. I insisted that she checks but instead she put me repeatedly on long holds, and said sorry nothing I can do for you. We went back and forth for 20 minutes, there was

My first visit I waited for two hours even with my appointment and on my second visit I waited over an hour and still Waiting to be called. I asked one of the front desk reception why do I waited so long? She then says yes you'll still be waiting because you have 5 people ahead of you!!! She says their appointments was at nine and now it's 1130 and they're still waiting. ..... This office is over booked and makes patients waiting for hours even with their appointments.
