Dr Dania took the time to ask me where I was in pain from top to bottom. He listened to me. He provided the care that I needed in the ER.
I have a rare blood disorder and lung disease he was understanding and explained my condition to me in terms I could understand. He helped my disease go in remission.
I had a LAD (widow maker) that was 95% occluded. He picked it up and immediately scheduled me for a cardiac and a stent was inserted. Guess you could say he saved my life. What more can I say!!!
Inhumane, unprofessional and efficient, and these are the kindest words that I can use to describe my recent visit with my father. Seems that Hepgur's office as standard procedure overbook so the wait times are in the hours. My father has stage 4 cancer and having him wait over an hour for a scheduled appointment is simply inhumane and speaks volumes of Hepgur's care and professionalism. Dr. Mohamed Osman has been my cardiologist for several years. I’ve had others but I’m so grateful I found him; so much so that I have followed him from another group. He doesn’t just prescribe medications, he develops a plan that includes nutrition & exercise. Dr. Osman is thorough and ever so kind, has excellent bedside manners, and seems to genuinely care. Dr. Sawhaney refused to call in my life dependent medication because my last visit was in March 2023. Since March I've been in 2 outpatient surgeries with other medical issues. I explained those to him last visit. I regularly see Dr. Sawhaney every 6-9 months. I realized I was nearly out of blood thinners and called his office. The office made an August 1, 2023 appointment as he's not available any afternoon. The office paged him as I am running out of blood thinners.
