Dr. A is one of the BEST doctors in Las Vegas! He is extremely knowledgable, kind, caring, and REALLY want to help you. His office staff are awesome! They are nice, courteous, respectful, and helpful. Dr. A is should actually be on the cover “BEST IN LAS VEGAS” for his field. If you want to receive excellent care here in Las Vegas, this is the office! Thanks Dr. A
One of the worst Neurologist I have ever been too. Inability of intake assistants to deviate from scripted set of questions related only to migraine headaches even if you weren't there for migraines. Never once asked what my actual complaints were. Assigned to aged geriatric inhouse PT who caused more issues and pain than help. Dr. or Staff non responsive to repeated calls from prescription service to explain why special medication was needed. Just a totally unpleasant and unproductive experience.
He is the only one who has figured out how to control my migraines. When one kicks up he attacks it and makes it go away. His staff is helpful too. They do get backed up but that is because he's making sure everyone gets taken care of, with acute care that can take time.
He is excellent doctor. He knows exactly what he's doing and is very knowledgeable neurologist
Prescription pads in the hands of neglectful doctors is our nation's silent killer. These are the people we go to when we are at our worst. When we have run out of options. We turn to them, trusting them to help make us feel better. Most of the time never questioning their choices because after all they're the professionals. Dr.A has abused this power! This man wasted precious years of my loved one's life. She was treated by him until the day of her death. NO ONE IS SAFE UNDER HIS CARE. She was properly taking the prescriptions Dr. Ansarinia prescribed to her. Two months before she died in her sleep he increased her morphine prescription. Neglecting to factor in her other medications. Including Gabapentin which combined with morphine (opioids), anti-anxiety, antidepressants and antihistamines can increase risks of respiratory depression and death.
