The Practice, Beavercreek Family Medicine, is slow to provide service. Long wait times in the office, sometimes, multiple attempts to reach the office by phone, no call back on messages, and difficult to deal with staff when contacted. Dr Brewster is dismissive and distracted when meeting with her. Clearly on a schedule and moving fast to get through the visit. Dr Brewster and her staff are the best
Dr Brewster always listens to my concerns and I almost never have a wait.
I can’t seem to be able to schedule a yearly physical. The only one that I could schedule was a Medicare physical which is useless. Concerns and questions related to my medical history are dismissed as frivolous. I don’t feel she takes time to listen-a doorknob doctor. I don’t get questions answered or calls returned by the office staff. When I complained, she said to use the portal, where she doesn’t answer either. When I mentioned that I had used the portal, she said she never looks at it!
Dr Brewster has the best bedside manner of any doctor I have had. She takes her time to listen and talk you through. I have never felt rushed and I have always felt heard. She has provided phenomenal treatment for me and I'm very thankful that I was able to get in with her as a patient when she first started practicing years ago.
Was turned away for my appointment because i was 6 minutes late. She didn't seem concerned with my medical issues. Only allowed to address one medical issue at your appointment, if you want to discuss something else, you have to make another appointment. Just a way to make more money!!!! She would only stay in the room for 2-3 minutes and then rush out. I left her practice and have found another doctor who addresses ALL my issues at a single appointment.!
Dr. Brewster is phenomenal. She cares and you never feel like she is in a hurry. She listens to you and explains things so that you understand but don't feel talked down to at all. I live 45 minutes away but still keep her as my primary doctor - that's how good she is!
I've enjoyed having Dr. Brewster as my primary care physician.
