Dr. Neill is an excellent physician with great patient communication skills. She is very professional and shows great compassion to her patients.
I thought she was very knowledgable and helped me establish a routine for my acne that did not involve taking an oral antibiotic for the time being. I also liked that she was personable and shared some of her personal experience with acne as well.
I do not generally think of doctor's offices as 'fun' places to visit - everyone here has an upbeat attitude. The front office staff are patient and understanding and attentive to detail (my handwriting sucks). The PA was efficient but joyful, the doctor made time for an unscheduled minor operation.
This office got me into my appointment quickly and everyone was friendly. The doctor was warm and explained things thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this office!
I had such a great experience with Dr Neill! She listened to my concerns and provided solutions that actually worked for me, all while making me feel very comfortable.
