Horrible experience. This woman is not specialized in PTSD, trauma, or anxiety. I would not suggest speaking to her if you suffer from that. She doesn’t listen. Unprofessional in so many ways. She told my family member that she will take them in as a patient. After running around getting referals. She decided she was not going to take them as a patient. She even told the doctors that she would. She never gave an answer. All they got was she is not saying why. No apology whats so ever. Or explanation. After running around for a month. She will not return phone calls. Unreal!
Horrible listening skills and lack of compassion definitely zero empathy. She actually asked me what I want her to do for me?? I am a domestic violence survivor who is struggling with ptsd and sever anxiety as well as survival after years of torture, I’m talking LITERAL torture and she had the nerve to ask me that?? It made me feel stupid for opening up to her.She also insulted my intelligence and suggested I reach out to an organization I just finished telling her there is minimal help available and called EVERYONE already.... read more
