I had a bad accident a year ago (tripped and fell flat on my face) that resulted in my 4 front teeth being broken (one so badly that it had to be extracted). Dr. Sellappan did preparation and placement of all 4 teeth. Because of a particular complication, I had the extraction and implant of the broken tooth done at an oral surgeon (that she referred me to), but all the rest of the work (including the crown over the implant) was done by Dr. S.
