Dr. McKnight is the BEST! Thanks to Ulcerative Colitis, I had to have my entire colon removed - I was scared. Didn’t know what to expect! Dr. McKnight explained everything in detail - after the surgery, my pain was minimal and recovery was great! Still recovering from surgery. Dr McKnight may have did a great job with the procedure, but his staff at his Katy Office were terrible. They show no concern, no respect, terrible attitude- like speaking to the dead, no life. Unkind and uncourteous, Poor verbal communication skills when speaking to them in person or by phone. Your employees are a reflection of you; you Dr McKnight. Please educate them.
This doctor is amazing! My dad was diagnosed with colon cancer in April 2019. Dr McKnight took great care of my dad the entire step of the way! I literally can not thank him enough for all he does. Now today, sitting in the waiting room for my dads second and last surgery Dr McKnight tells me the surgery went great! I am so thankful for him. Thank you for all you do :)
