The entire office staff is attentive, caring, professional, and highly responsive. Appointments with Dr. Friedlis are always thorough. He explains treatment plans well, shows concern for his patients' well-being, and is happy to answer questions. I never feel rushed. I highly recommend Dr. Friedlis and the Bethesda/Chevy Chase office staff.

It was clear from the moment Dr. Friedlis entered the room that he cares about his patients and what he is there to do. He addressed me by name and took the time to listen to all that I had to say. He walked me through everything he was doing and explained my options to me. I didn't feel rushed. I did feel that he was listening and that he was knowledgeable.
Dr. Friedlis listens, thinks carefully, and then recommends treatment. He doesn't pressure for more. His treatments have been effective and he also doesn't make me feel bad about needing medication. The practice is the best I've been to over the 10 years that I've been in need of pain management.
