in 2010 I saw Dr. David and Dr. Herb for a troublesome case of floaters. I had surgery and Dr. Herb did his part first...during the operation I felt a sudden terrible pain in my eye. Herb had drug the canula across the back of my retina. Not only that, but he let the incoming liquid enter my eye too close to the retina as well.
