Always attentive, responsive, and takes time to listen. Explains diagnostic and labs results and answers any questions. The busing and support staff are remarkable.
Dr McDonald is very concerned about his patients health and well-being. He spends time with us and makes sure we’re getting what we need to recover. He takes the time to talk to me and help me with problems I may be facing. He’s a great doctor.
I have been a patient of Dr. McDonald for over three years and my husband has been a patient for over a year. We would highly recommend Dr. McDonald. He is professional, thorough, and answers all of our questions. His staff is friendly and extremely helpful.

I see Dr. McDonald every 3 months for lab work. I get lab done, then I go to his office and wait and wait to see him. When finally he comes in, gives me lab results and that's our visit. I told him that he or his nurse could call and give me lab results by phone like my other doctors do. But he said he doesn't work like that and I know why. It's because of what my insurance pays for an office visit.

I am a new patient, referred by Dr. Nickelson, who recently retired. Very friendly staff. Receptionist greeted me and took necessary information to register me for visit. Nurse friendly, professional and took necessary information before Dr. McDonald came in. Dr. McDonald has a calming personality. We reviewed and discussed my records and treatment going forward. This initial visit was very pleasant and professional
