Max Zand is a great dentist. He explains everything he does, and he is patient and kind. For the first time in years I found a dentist I belive in, from every aspect of treatment to costs. I refer my family and friends, too.
We are very grateful to have found Dr. Zand here in FL particularly since we are now full-time residents from New England. His thorough & clearly understood explanations of any inquiries we may have for any needed procedures is truly appreciated and respected. Visiting from out of town (and far away from my dentist), when I cracked a tooth I asked a good friend for a recommendation, and he suggested I call Dr. Zand, which I did, and left a voicemail. Assuming it would be a day or two, I was amazed when he texted right back! When I described my issue, we set an appointment for about an hour later where we resolved my issue. Clearly Dr. Zand is a very experienced dentist, savvy in all aspects and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Max made me feel comfortable the entire visit. I recommend him above any other dentist in the area!
I had a little incident with the concrete and my teeth over the weekend. I took a pretty nasty fall from my electric bike. As soon as I called and left Dr. Zand's office a voicemail, he reached out even while he was out of town. We exchanged texts and I sent pics of the damage. A weekend, emergency dental circumstance is never a sound way to look for a new dentist. I was elated to find Dr. Zand was ready to respond via text and his days off to remedy the situation. The experience was such a pleasure I decided to switch my primary dental and have enjoyed my experience each and every time. During an urgent situation, I sought the assistance of Dr. Zand, who, despite being on his day off and dealing with a shoulder injury, made a commendable effort to come to his office and provide aid. It is rare to encounter a medical professional who goes above and beyond to help patients while managing their own injuries and awaiting surgery. What an excellent experience!! Have you ever been to a medical appointment and felt immediately at ease? I only needed a filling today, but it was in a tricky area next to an old amalgam filling; and Dr. Zand was able to take care of me right away after explaining my options.
