Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr. Prats taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. Was referred over by my general doctor and can see why. Highly recommended.
Amazing and knowledgeable doctor. Dr. Prats makes sure to explain any questions you may have. Also, he is the only doctor that has NEVER made me wait when at his office for a visit. Always on time! Dr. Prats is a great doctor with a very efficient staff. Highly recommend him.

Waited for over 2 hours and then the doctor acted as if it was my fault. He seemed to want to be elsewhere and or had something more important to do.
Lousy office service, very unprofessional. Nurse/office manager condescending and indifferent.
Was good but it took one time when I was at Mercy Hospital and most in need of his help and experience to totally wipe out the good he had done!
