JUST SCHEDULING WAS A HORIBLE EXPERIECE THE GUY KEPT SAYING I WAS SPEAKING TO FAST
Terrible experience. Rude, sarcastic and insensitive. Won't be going back with him.
Very abrupt and frequently insensitive. I get in quickly but he can get very rude when he feels your wasting his time or asking questions he feels are unimportant or ignorant. Judgemental about sensitive topics and made me very uncomfortable
Dr. P. has been my PCP since Sept. of 2014. He is an amazing doctor, & if he feels as though the issue I am in tonsee him about is out of his scope of practice, he will refer me to someone who can. THIS is what a great doctor should do!! It is rare occasion that I have ever had to wait more than 15 mins past my scheduled appt. time. When this happens, it's because he's at the hospital making his rounds so we get the best care possible. His staff & ANP are the best& we're treated like family!
I saw Provencio after my prior PCP didnt accept my insurance. When I made my initial appointment it was a month out. After my first appointment it was two weeks. Sorry but what if it were urgent? Waiting time was 30-60 minutes for me... What's the point of an appointment? Didn't want to do anything about one of the diagnosis my prior PCP gave me, therefore no meds and I went back to the old ways I felt (no good). Customer service is terrible too. Can go on.. Looking for better PCP...
He is professional knowledgeable and respectful and his staff is friendly and helpful
