From the time you walk in the door you are greeted with smiles all around form the ENTIRE staff
I get to see Marzi, the PA. She has excellent bedside manners, listens to what I want, makes recommendations, provides ideas, but overall, she allows me to be the one to make the final decision.
I saw Dr. Mauro Provencio for a cold that just wouldn’t go away, and he was honestly amazing. Super kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel really comfortable the whole time. You can tell he truly cares about his patients. I finally started feeling better after my visit—definitely recommend!
I enjoy visiting Dr Provencio. He’s friendly and thorough. His staff is always very welcoming. I’m in and out quickly too.
Wait time is over 1 hr after scheduled appt, and this is with NP’s. I’ve never seen Dr Provencio.
Horrible service! They schedule wrong appointments and don't apologize. Doctor does not even see you assistant is the one to see you.
I went there asking for an order to get x-rays done because I was told when I was younger that I could no longer get a TB test, and would need to get x-rays. They just checked my vitals and did not even check how I was doing or sent me for labs. I was charged $90 just for getting an x-ray prescription. I am never going back I do not recommend this place at all.
Dr Provencio has ZERO bedside manner. He doesn't know his long term patients. The patient has been working hard at losing weight and managing her diet for health reasons. After years of Hyper Tension her numbers are at goal, and others are only borderline after having been very high. Instead of reviewing past numbers and seeing progress...he destroyed her morale by only saying things like "deja el pan y dulces y bajar de peso" (stop eating bread and candies and lose weight). This Dr.'s name showed up in lab work I received from my Chiropractors office at Axis Chiropractic. Apparently there was a "group" allowed to use an office inside the Chriopractic office and they ran my labwork telling me it would cost me nothing since they called my insurance and it was fully covered. Come to find out almost a year later I am sent a bill for $650, they billed my insurance almost $25,000 and it was OUT OF NETWORK.
