Dr. Markus is caring, talks straight, (no BS!). able to communicate to tell you where you are at in the process of cancer and cancer treatment. Great Oncologist!!
Dr Marcus is always cordial , professional and answers my questions in a way that I’m am able to understand. He has a plan to address my cancer therapy and he tweets my care every time I see him. He is a brilliant physician.

I don’t know. Probably not. I do think that many of us feel abandoned if we have anything that could be transmitted at the cancer center. I am a public health nurse. If you abandon people when they are afraid…….you send a “big deal” wrong message. I will be talking to Dr. Brodie and finding a different oncologist. I hope that you feel that you are doing the wrong thing and try to take a different tack.Robin

This was my second visit with Dr. Markus and it reaffirmed my trust in his competence. His detailed explanations also very much helped alleviate my fears/concerns.
I would have an app. with him and he would talk on the phone and I waited for him to finish. I was his client not the phone. Will never go back.
It is always a pleasure when visiting the Rocky Mtn Cancer center. The patient care and concerns, plus always being informed of up and coming appointments
I was a patient of Dr. Markus last year and had to receive chemo treatment. It was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. The anti nausea drugs that he proscribed were not working and I told him that. He made me feel like I was an idiot and I felt I was not taken seriously. I became so sick and lost so much weight, I had to be hospitalized for 7 days. While I was at Penrose main, not once did he come check on me to see how I was doing.
