If you call and you get their answering machine you receive a return call almost instantly. Have nothing but praise for this Agency. Maurice Springer provided horrible service when a limb came through our roof and left water damage in the rooms directly below the hole created and several adjacent areas of our home. Initially, Mr. Springer enthusiastically recommended that we file a claim directly with Allstate as this clearly would be a covered event. Unfortunately, this is where his support ended!
