I have been going to Doctor Roos since the 90's and she took excellent care of my 2 children as well. I can't say enough about what a caring person she is. Always takes the time to listen and is very easy to talk to. Her office is a small one and her staff are so friendly and helpful. They can pull your file in a matter of minutes and check on any little thing. They call back usually within an hour or 2 whenever I call with a question.

I struggled for many years to find a doctor to.......STOP AN LISTEN TO ME! I was just another patient to them. Till a co-worker suggested Dr. Roos, she told me how great she was she takes time to listen to you. Well I thought yea ok here we go again! So what the heck what do I got to lose I thought. the office staff was very friendly and inviting, Dr.Roos is the true meaning of a good doctor, such a beautiful kind hearted person! Your not jus another patient you can tell she truly cares!

I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Would you recommend this family doctor to others? Yes Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert!
Dr Roos takes the time to listen to me and always asks if I have any questions. Her staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with and when you call you get to talk to a person & not a machine. They will also call back in a timely manner. They are so efficient and helpful. Best Doctor I've been to in the last 30 years!

Im not going to have this review pre-written for me. Dr Roos has been there for me since I was a child, going out of her way to help me and my family. We had rough times and she was always there helping us. She is the best and I highly recommend her services.
