Dr Roos takes the time to listen to me and always asks if I have any questions. Her staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with and when you call you get to talk to a person & not a machine. They will also call back in a timely manner. They are so efficient and helpful. Best Doctor I've been to in the last 30 years!

Im not going to have this review pre-written for me. Dr Roos has been there for me since I was a child, going out of her way to help me and my family. We had rough times and she was always there helping us. She is the best and I highly recommend her services.
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment.
