they neglect their patients and need to be investigated in the icu care unit for stroke patients! absolutely appualed by their care. Need better cleaning staff, and nurses. to allow a patient to have crust on their eyelids and not bath them to where their arm smells are you kidding me. and to intimidate their family when they demand better care. wow!!!
Comprehensive care by professional staff. However, if I could suggest only one thing to make it better, it would be a Patient Health Summary from each stay. A year ago I was admitted on an emergency basis for pneumonia. To this day, I have no idea where in the hospital I was over those 96 hours, what medications I received, or what actually happened to me. A written summary, not the discharge instructions, would have been nice.
This whole organization is disgusting.
