Injected fillers look strange … uneven…Not sure if he realizes it, according to him everything was good ?!
It's easy to make an appointment. You can call or text. Check-in is pretty easy too after you become one of his patients. All of the staff are friendly and caring. Dr. Z takes time to explain things, answer questions, and when removing something, he does it in the least painful way. He does skin check and removes skin tags and moles and other things. Best of all, he has a wonderful personality and puts me at ease. Go see Dr. Z and you'll see, why so many others go too.
The office staff welcomed me the moment I entered the office. Within 10 minutes, I was being examined by Dr. Zarraga. His work was thorough and professional. He is personable and very knowledgable. The office staff even said goodbye as I left.
Although Dr Z was efferent his office staff not so much. I felt like I was being rushed in and out. I left not feeling like everything was taken care of and sure enough one of my skin conditions was not even taken care of and two of my prescriptions were not called into the pharmacy! When I called back not an apology just a well call it in. I wrote to them twice for an office manager to call me I never heard from anyone. Not a good dr patient experience. Still waiting to hear ftom someone.
Check-in was fast (you do all the pre-appointment paperwork online ahead of time) and then sign three other things electronically. Hardly had to wait at all before being called into an exam room, discussing things with the nurse and then Dr. Zarraga (or Dr. Z-Roc) came in. Wonderful, delightful humor. Made me feel at ease. Answered all my questions and told me he wanted to monitor two spots. I'll see him again in two months. Happy to refer folks to him. Very close to where I live. Convenient location.
. I highly recommend Dr. Zarraga. He is very knowledgeable, professional, respectful, courteous, takes the time to listen to you, explains everything to you for you to understand and has excellent bedside manners. His staff is also the best and very helpful and professional as well.
Dr. Zurraga provided the most thorough dermatological exam that I've had in my 50 years. He is both knowledgeable and caring.
Love and trust the expertise of Dr. Zarraga, he’s my go to Derm for all my general and aesthetic needs. Highly recommend!
I had a terrible experience. I called the office to ask if the Dr was qualified to treat my issue and I was told he could help me. Once I was there he told me he wasnt treating this kind of issues and he referred me another Dr. I have received a bill and wasted my time for nothing. I would not recommend it.
