Went for a 4 month check up after surgery for my husband's neck. Appointment time 11:15 - was told the Dr was running 45 minutes behind. Finally at 12:30 we had to leave without seeing the Dr. because I had to work today. It would have been a quick appointment looking at the X-rays, but waiting an hour & 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time is just a bit ridiculous.
Dr Burnette shows true concern about my pain, and her office works with my insurance company to get my treatments and surgery covered. Moreover, she is excellent at explaining the sources of my pain and how she plans to treat it.
She Thoroughly discussed upcoming surgery, assured me of her knowledge and expertise in this field.

Dr Banki was my surgeon when I needed surgery for a paraesophageal hiatal hernia. She was wonderful in every respect. The surgery went well and she showed genuine care for me as a person both before and after the procedure. I never felt rushed at all, and was actually surprised and grateful for the time she spent with me to answer my questions and make sure my needs were taken care of. She is truly an exceptional doctor and surgeon. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Banki is a respectful, understanding, compassionate Doctor. I am 77 years old and she repaired my hiatal hernia. What a great recovery. Oh and her staff is awesome.
Recently I had my 3 month check up after my Hiatal Hernia surgery. A big Thank You to Dr Banki for my successful surgery I no longer have discomfort after eating. Dr Banki is such a genuine person it’s pleasant to go for a visit.
Dr Banki is a very caring & compassionate Dr. She repaired my large hiatal hernia 3 weeks ago & I am feeling better than I have in 6 months. I am still on a restricted diet for the next few weeks, but I have not any acid reflux or any need to take meds. Her staff is also very caring. I would definitely recommend Dr Banki.
I am 19 went went to Dr Banki in pain she saw my hernia and I was told it was the biggest one she have seen she was soo welcoming with a great spirit made me feel safe she gave me a surgery date I had surgery got it fixed did the post op she even called to check on me If you are ever in doubt check Dr Banki out You will feel safe and right at home
