Went for a 4 month check up after surgery for my husband's neck. Appointment time 11:15 - was told the Dr was running 45 minutes behind. Finally at 12:30 we had to leave without seeing the Dr. because I had to work today. It would have been a quick appointment looking at the X-rays, but waiting an hour & 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time is just a bit ridiculous.
Finally I found an honest Doctor. After seeing my x-rays he said my problem could not be fixed by surgery. He gave me other alternatives. He also was in no hurry listening to all my concerns, and took the time to explain me what I should do.
Horrible! This dr did not even examine me personally BUT sends in his assistant. At my first appointment, no offer was made to give me pain meds. Thankfully I saw my orthopedic dr a few days later & HE gave me a scrip for a medication that calmed down my nerve pain from a 7 to a 2 overnight! I wouldn't send my worst enemy to Dr. Wasserman. No concern for me as a person. At my second appointment, HE was over an hour LATE, with NO apology or offer to reschedule.
Saved my life when my spine was injured. He and Josh were amazing.

Excellent experience. Had a serious back injury requiring surgery. I can report after about five years I am doing great without pain. I highly recommend Dr. W for anyone who is facing back surgery. He is the best without question. Also not a doctor who will just operate on you. He is very ethical. I have referred other family members and friends to him over the last few years. Everyone has had a great experience either with just treatment or surgical results. Would rate him six stars if available.
After having cervical fusion with Dr. Wasserman, I called his assistant Denise to come in to be examed after being hit by a car while riding my bike. I was so shook up, I had a hard time expressing myself over the phone. She was short with me, so the conversation went nowhere. I ended up not coming in, but transferring care to another physician downtown, although I lived in Katy. I ended having to have another back fusion and I’m currently being treated for unhealed nerves.
i saw the doctor for a half a minute. not interested in anything i tried to say. maybe it was his lunch hour because he rushed me out. i tried to ask him a question and he looked annoyed that i wanted to ask him something. will never go back thats for sure
he gave me my life back. free from pain. he is amazing.
This doctor is not honest. I was a workers comp patient and was referred to him. He did not examine me or anything and told me I had nothing wrong. Went to another dr and was told I needed a fusion surgery. This decision was determined from the MRI which Dr Wasserman never attempted to look at.
