What a waste of my time. Doctor offered no advice on what to do about pain and tightness in my r shoulder. Wrote down my symptoms and left the room.

He listened to all my questions and I had surgery 2 days later. Explained everything
Always very personable and tells you exactly what he thinks the problem is and the resolution of that problem
A concern about knowledge of why patient is coming in. Last time in May they had lost the info on my appointment but they did fit me in since I was there. July they had the incorrect reason for the appointment. Dr Heckler was professional and ask questions to verify the actual issues.
Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. Dr Hackler was very informative and gave options and explained each o e.
