He spent a great deal of time sorting out my hip and back issues and is a great listener I appreciate his patience, compassion, and thorough attention to detail.
The visit was very efficient, yet pleasant. Dr Heckler was both personal and professional, discussing family and what my treatment options were. At the end, I knew exactly what I could do next.
He was respectful of my time. Provided options and time lines, very personable !
I had shoulder surgery in February 2024. Dr. Heckler is a highly skilled surgeon. He advised me on my progress before and after surgery. I don't expect any problems as he previously worked on my knees with no issues. He's the best! My appointments are never rushed, and he listens to my concerns. I have referred my family and friends with orthopedic issues to talk to him.
Dr Heckler always takes time to answer all of my questions and makes me feel heard. He is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. Would highly recommend.
Both Dr Heckler and his resident were attentive listeners. I had x-rays, diagnosis and treatment options outlined. Treatment was provided along with physical therapy plan.in 30 minutes. Could not be happier with care provided and treatment plan.

He has a great bedside manner. He cares to learn and know his patients. He listens and understands what his patients are dealing with. Plan of Care is always discussed. He doesn’t forget anything about his patients. Most comfortable physician I have ever had. He is the Best. The staff is also wonderful and pleasant!
