Dr Heckler is courteous and takes his time in explaining the problem and the treatment plan and why. He is honest in his assessment and also very encouraging to work hard at PT and at home with the exercises

He was on time, discussed what he was doing and answered questions I had.
This visit was a follow-up to total knee replacement performed by Dr. Heckler 2 weeks prior. I had a partial knee replacement 17 months prior by a different Dr. yet continued to have pain. After multiple appointments with different Doctors over many months it was only Dr. Heckler that correctly diagnosed the problem as a loose tibial implant needing revision TKR.
