Dr Backens was as attentive in a video appointment as he is in person. He's been our family physician for years and hope to continue with him for many more.
Great bedside manner. Polite and professional. Takes the time to answer questions. Thankful to have him as a physician.
This was my first experience using an e-visit. I have to say it was just as thorough, if not more, than an office visit. I’m so happy Dr. Backens joined the practice. He gave me ample time to discuss my issue and offered me the guidance I was needing. His pleasant demeanor and caring attitude was greatly appreciated.
Dr. Backens was very personable and professional. He is knowledgeable and down to earth. He made an uncomfortable and concerning visit much more tolerable. I recommend him to any client as his bedside demeanor is top notch, and general compassion for his patients unmatched.
My family is been with Matt For some time now. We chose to follow Matt to Holland Road Medical because we really like him. Hes personable andfriendly and yet very thorough. My visit today was just a precursor to getting blood work for a physical and an actual in-office physical now scheduled for September.
I have been a patient of Dr. Backens for over six years now. I even made the move to his new office, which is in a different city. He is a fantastic doctor, who listens and cares about his patients. I highly recommend him to all of my friends and family. He is wealth of knowledge and he never makes you feel rushed.
