I was at Precision Orthopedics' on 2/18 for a follow up trochanteric bursitis diagnosis. I was doing well after the ibuprofen prescription coupled with moderate activities, light lifting, and physical therapy. But four days before my Dr.'s appointment on April 12. I awkwardly hurt my right knee based on how I slept. I had propped my leg with pillows thinking that was going to give me a well-rested sleep.
