I have to agree with many others who complain about the wife or office manager needs to go. She and her billing office which consists of one poor lady who has to share an office with this office manager, need an overhaul. Billing has let us down time and time again over the past 8 years. My husband and I both appreciate the service, knowledge, and advice his gives. We also love the Walk in side, we have used it a few times for emergency issues and have always received great service. The front desk (the heart of the office) is very friendly and helpful … side note, my husband has many issues and PA Humberto has been great… if needed he has helped with referrals and followed through, which means a lot to us since we are new to the area.
I have been going to Dr. Dorman for about 7 Years and my mother used him for Several Years, He is the BEST doctor in the area!!! All these negative reviews are False! I would HIGHLY reccomend him!
I called today to request my Alprazolam get released the full script I was originally sent. I had 5 prescriptions available, filled for the month of February, and then poof, none available. Upon contacting the staff they rudely informed me that prescription can only be filled 3 months at a time, which is a blatant lie as this same practice had been filling me 6 month prescriptions for years at this point. Not good. I don't understand how a doctor can drop you from his client list if you have not been into see him in over a year without letting you know.
I was told that Dr. Dorman only see people seeking medical weed. Everyone else is seen by Humberto Encalada. This was one of the worst doctor visits ever and felt like I was in a 3rd world country. I actually walked out of the visit mid way through due to Humberto trying to tell me I needed to see a cardiologist for a completely normal condition. In my opinion, your health should not be in the hands of these people. Take the drive to Saint Augustine or even Jacksonville.
Cannot get in to see a doctor for care unless you see in urgent care. That is not pcp
Several friends highly recommended Dr Dorman so I went to see him. I have BC/BS and Medicare. He refused to see me because my BC/BS was from a company he didn’t like. No other reason given. I’ve used my insurance all over the country (lived on the road in a RV for a few years) have never had this problem before. So still looking for a Doctor.......
Makes going to the doctor a great experience vs "Fear Factor" I have been a patient of Dr Dorman since the beginning It is the smoothest running Doctors office. Appointment are on time and thorough everyone in this office is friendly and professional They will make your appointment a great experience with the knowledgeable staff
