Most unprofessional man I've ever met. Told me and my significant other I needed to take two weeks off of work and I also have original chart notes stating that. Then he decided because I didn't see him more then once that he'd put me on light duty right after a car accident, on my release to work form, ultimately costing me my job. Also waited 4.5 hrs in his office while he fitted in every client that walked in vs helping me who scheduled a time. Completely unprofessional.
