Made an appointment to get something done Dr said come back make appointment Lack of communication with me You were going to call me ?? Had to call you ??? Just don’t understand the process Things are very different now days .??
This appointment went well but the wait for the doctor was too long. The appointment time was 11:00 am. Taken back by assistant at 10:55 which was fine. Done with all that at 11:10. Then nearly an hour till I saw the MD at 12:05. That’s a long time to wait from an 11 am appointment. I understand that the basis test is the appointment time but not seeing the Dr for another hour was lengthy and required me to rush to work. The staff was fine and the physician was fine once he arrived.
Dr. Ramsey was very professional and answered all my questions. Tatsiana was great at her job and took time ensuring that all details were covered! I will definitely be back and will refer family/friends!
