Dr Grafenberg has always been very professional and through. The office staff is great and very polite. The appointments have always been on time and even sometimes early!
Dr.Matthew Grafenberg, MD, FACS Preformed a thyroidectomy and parathyroidectomy on 4/212025. I must say from the office visit to the operating room was a very professional and outstanding experience. I would definitely go back for to him for any of his specialty services. His staff was top notch on every visit as well.
Awesome doctor! Very direct straight to the point and answers all questions. His surgical team (in raeford) is absolutely amazing!
I waited 5 months for an appointment with this Dr. The nurse had just got me into a room and this Dr comes in, does not introduce himself, as I'm a new patient. He progresses to tell me that I need hearing aids without even listening to my concerns on my hearing and sinus issues. He had no patience to even listen to my concerns, and failed to even check my sinuses. I never been treated so rudely in any office with First Health, but in reading the other reviews, this seems to be a pattern for this provider. Just to update....... read more
