My husband had surgery with Dr. Neal and the only reason I gave 3 stars is because his staff are the most incompetent people we have ever dealt with. He was to go to his follow up, but was unable to go when he was supposed to as for that month Dr. Neal would not be in the office, therefore he could not get cleared to go to work. Then they called to cancel his follow up appt and his office assistant Marie (maybe Maria) was to call us back to reschedule. We called back 3 more times before she finally called us back.
