Never had a problem with the staff @ Mahoney office... and for the frequency of office visits, I don't like going to the skin dr every month, if the doctor sees a reason to have me back sooner than later, then I will see him. So evey six to eight months is OK with me. They let me know via email, to remind me, a few days before.
1 star for office staff, 4 stars for Dr. Mahoney. I'm a former patient of Dr. Mahoney's. Dr. Mahoney is a great Dermatologist, but it's become apparent that he has grown too busy to see his repeat patients. I called today to schedule an annual skin check and was informed by Hannah that his first availability for such an appointment would be April (that would 8 months to wait).
