Dr. Richardson is always great at describing the presenting problems and offering all options for the condition. His upbeat tone really makes the patient feel like there is hope out of the pain that they are experiencing. The staff is so welcoming and are great at keeping the patient informed about their medical benefits, expected cost of the care and what the patient cost is. I was overwhelmed by the great service of Dr. Richardson and his staff. Almost convinced that they are not from this planet. They are so much not like the other doctor offices i'e visited before. I can not believe they are from earth. They are too great, too nice, i am now a walking advertisement for "Dr. Matthew Richardson." Just need a t-shirt
One of the best. Dr. Richardson is extremely knowledgable and helpful. He takes the time to listen and was very helpful in both explaining what the diagnosis was, and providing the best course of treatment. As for the staff, they could not have been more helpful or efficient.
Dr. Richardson take the time to talk to you about your issues and needs. He is incredibly friendly, polite, and easy to talk to. Its clear when you speak with him that he really knows his stuff. I'm so happy I have found Dr. Richardson.
Dr.Matthew Ricardson is a excellent Physcian. Definatly would recommend him to others, in fact I have. He has excellent bedside manner. Very concerned about your feeling, he did NOT rush thru my exam as most Dr's do, but rather he listened to my needs and then in a very detailed manner explained what my next steps were. Dr. Matthew Richardson is the most punctual, polite and caring doctor. I have ever been too. He has excellent bedside manner and excellent follow up with his patients. His staff does as well. After a procedure, Dr. Richardson and his staff always follow up with the patient the day of a procedure and subsequent days following Everyone at his office is extremely friendly. I had to stop going to Dr. Richardson. My rating is strictly for him, not the office staff. He yelled at me, never listened to what I needed to tell him, and respondes to everything with "his policy statements."
Dr. Richardson is a sweetie. I felt like he was actually interested in what was going on with me. His entire office made me feel very welcomed in their office.
