I love Dr. Matthew Dwyer and his nurses. Only problem I really have is the administration/front desk. This year it has been so difficult to get through on the phones, always the voice mail and never receive a call back. I have seen 3 or 4 receptionist at the front desk and they don't answer the phone. Question is WHY??? Since 2012 I am a patient and had great service from the front desk cause there was only two receptionists, I believe one was Christi and they answer the phones.

I have been to see Dr. Dwyer twice now for two different injuries. Both of my experiences were very pleasent. From scheduling the appointment to actually seeing Dr. Dwyer, everyone was very nice and helpful. Dr. Dwyer is very knowledgeable. He was very good at explaining what my injuries were, and both times he was spot on with his diagnosis. I have since moved to Austin, but I won't hesitate to make the drive to see Dr. Dwyer again. Having a Dr. that truly cares for his patients is worth it!

Dr. Dwyer is a nice enough guy, but he is not the doctor I would recommend if you have any issue that potentially involves tendons or ligaments, or any issue that will potentially involve specific physical therapy or rehab. This feedback box is too short to tell the story, but basically he didn't pay attention to ligament and tendon damage for a broken finger, causing me to remain in a splint for 11 weeks (way too long for a hand), and resulting in long term range of motion and stiffness issues

Dr. Dwyer has been a fantastic orthopedic physician for myself and several of my friends and coworkers. I had a 95% tear of my supra spinitus and a bicep tendon tear due to a bonespur in my shoulder. It hurt so bad prior to surgery I couldn't even lay down to sleep without pain. He did a fantastic job in surgery and I'm now 100% with no pain. Awesome doctor and a great man!

Dr. Dwyer is an outstanding orthopedic surgeon. He is an exceptional listener. He always had a "can do" positive attitude. Not a trace of arrogance in this man.

Dr Dwyer is a personable man, however has left me with life-long problems. After a total knee replacement, he refused to listen to my concerns. Not only was my tibial component loose for nine months, but the implant was actually recalled due to that problem. He ignored my pleas and MRIs which showed a possible loosening. In addition, against my better judgement, because no other orthopedic surgeons in our town will give a second opinion, Dr Dwyer performed my second surgery. HUGE MISTAKE!
