I used to be an employee here so let me tell y’all the run down. Although you had an appointment, be ready to have a LONG WAIT. They are always understaffed FOR A REASON. The way you are seen depends on your insurance, not by appointment. If you self pay or have Medical/PPO you are their priority to be seen first. If you have HMO, be prepared to be seen late. Working as a Technician here, I seen HMOs have an earlier appointment than PPOs and Nina would always tell me “make sure PPOs are Seen first.” Which hurt me to skip som... read more
Dr. Hecht is highly knowledgeable and caring with his patients. He is always very thorough and clearly articulates how patients need to care for themselves with his guidance. I highly recommend him.
