Wonderful ophtalmologiste. Great bedside manner.
Another great meeting with Dr. Kaufman who has wonderful insight and always answers my questions in manner I can understand.
Staff was great but my pre op appointment took almost 2 1/2 hours. It would have been courteous to let me know how long the appointment was going to be and that there was a delay. I had to ask if I had been forgotten and the front desk staff seemed frustrated that I asked.
The people are friendly and always courteous and very professional.
I would highly recommend Dr. Matthew Kaufman. He did a thorough examination of my eyes and did a great job explaining the problems I am having with my eyes.
