Dr. Phillips is phenomenal! His staff, however, not so much. I think they got tired of dealing with me as I had so many surgeries, all of which were under workers comp, which i understand can be a pain in the butt. They started to take it out on me, however. When the last couple of surgeries were less than successful, they denied that there was an issue, so I have had to just deal with it.
Dr Phillips performed total hip replacement on my hip 2 months ago. Before his intervention I could barely walk and certainly could not pivot on this limb. I was in pain with every step. Working was almost impossible, and I finally called his office. His staff, especially Lori, was very welcoming and efficient. Waited a bit for the visit but that was the best wait of my life. I want to share my experience with dr phillips staff. The receptionist behaved as if she was a pa. The pa was rude and they both lied. They never prescribed me an antibiotic for post knee surgery dental appointments. Lori said she called my dentist and they told me that I hadn't reported the knee surgery to them. I called my dentist and said that no one from Dr phillips had ever called. The pa angie had no bedside manners. The receptionist Lori was absolutely horrible. June 2017, had total bilateral knee replacement...Dr Phillips was wonderful, this was the best thing I did! I can walk without pain, climb stairs, etc... highly recommend this procedure & Dr Phillips & his staff.
