Saying that Dr. Nykiel is AMAZING is definitely an understatement! I met with a few doctors for consultations but Dr. Nykiel was the only one that made me feel comfortable from the very first minute. We talked about what I wanted to change about myself and he made some great and REALISTIC suggestions to help me get to where I want to be. After surgery, he personally sent me text messages to make sure I was doing okay. When I had questions, I never hesitated to text him and he responded very

Dr. Nykiel is professional, honest, and friendly. I have been researching breast augmentation for years and finally decided to book a date. I had had a few consultations with other surgeons in the area. I booked with Dr. Nykiel on the same day because he immediately made me feel comfortable and he was realistic with what I could expect. During our consultation, I appreciated that Dr. Nykiel put my safety first (I wanted to go very large with my initial BA) and he takes great pride in his work. N

Dr. Nykiel was kind he answered all my questions. The office was clean and the staff was always friendly. I am very excited with my results. My family and friends visit his office for a variety of services.

From start to finish the care Dr. Nykiel gave me was outstanding. He is a brilliant surgeon and I am so happy he did my breast lift. His nurse is amazing, I had a post surgery issue and she called me on her day off to make sure I was okay and go over if I needed to be seen or if it was normal post surgery stuff. Very personal care by Dr. Nykiel, he handles all of his own emails and personally responds to his patients. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

Doc Nykiel is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!! I was referred by a friend who has literally referred over 10 people and non are disappointed!! When I went for my follow up they even had flowers for me! Who does that--Doc N does!

Dr. Nykiel is an excellent plastic surgeon. I'm on my 4th week post op for breast augmentation and I feel great. Loving the results! I traveled far for my breast augmentation and it's definitely worth it. He's very caring and and an artist! He's the best!

I'm a single mom of three girls. I decided to have a tummy tuck done on the east coast. I came back and developed a seroma. I was scared. I was told by surgeon to go to the emergency room. I was given the run around by almost every doctor in the high desert. I found Dr. Nykiel on RealSelf. Dr. Nykiel saved me. He listened to me and told me the truth...the good and the bad. Even though I wasn't his original patient he was willing to see me and he developed a follow up treatment plan just for me!

I highly recommend Dr. Nykiel to everyone! My experience was very pleasant! and the outcome of his work was excellent! Prior visiting his office, I visited a different plastic surgeon. I decided on proceeding with Dr. Nykiel because of the professional experience on the day of my evaluation. The excellent customer service proceeded on all of my future visits. The actual procedure was completed accurately with no problems!

Dr. Nykiel is very personable and does an excellent job to make you feel comfortable when you go for your visit. I was very secure and confident in his abilities to complete the procedure i had gone in for.
