After being Ignored by Jessica Goitia Surgery scheduling contact for Mathew J Mermer I told the truth here and several other places after my complaints were ignored by both Mathew J Mermer AND Jessica Goitia. I received a call from Mathew J Mermer himself canceling my surgery because I told the truth about his terrible assistant. Don't go here but more importantly don't let this petty individual pretend he will give you care. He will fail you just like his assistant Jessica Goitia.
I had the most amazing care from Dr. Matthew J. Mermer & all his staff. I had a posterior cervical laminectomy fusion on 3 disks in my neck 4 weeks ago. Dr. Mermer made sure I was fully informed about my surgery and answered all the questions I had. He has wonderful bedside manners and took very good care of me!!! I highly recommend Dr. Mermer as well as his team!
